RÜFÜS, also known as RÜFÜS DU SOL, is an Australian indie dance band from Sydney, New South Wales, consisting of Jon George, Tyrone Lindqvist and James Hunt.
Formed in 2010, they released their debut self-titled EP in 2011, with their debut album ‘Atlas’, coming out in 2013, which reached #1 in the ARIA Albums Chart. Expanding to an international level, they hit the UK for gigs in September and October 2014. The band released their second album, ‘Bloom’, in January 2016. The band have headlined their own shows and tours across Australia, as well as the USA and UK. RÜFÜS have announced a show at London’s Electric Brixton in October, and across the US as RÜFÜS DU SOL.
