The Dodos are an American indie rock outfit hailing from San Francisco, California. Formed in 2005, the band consists of just Meric Long and Logan Kroeber, though other members have passed through its ranks over the years.
Their first official release, a self-released EP called 'Dodo Bird', would come out in 2006 recorded entirely by Long. But later that year, the pair would put out their first LP, 'Beware of the Maniacs', and spend the following 12 months touring as far and as often as possible. The Dodos have since put out five more records, most recently with 'Individ' in 2015. The Dodos are set to return with their next record, 'Certainty Waves', in October 2018, and are heading out on tour in support of it through fall.
