The Good The Bad And The Queen are an alternative rock band made up of Damon Albarn (Gorillaz and Blur), the Clash bassist Paul Simonon, Verve guitarist Simon Tong and drummer Tony Allen.
The four lads first teamed up in 2007 to release a self-titled album, produced by Danger Mouse. The album debuted at #2 in the UK Albums Chart and was certified gold in the United Kingdom within days of its release. Despite a small degree of media recognition and airplay in the United States, the album entered the Billboard 200 at #49. After putting out their second album, 'Merrie Land', in November 2018, they played a handful of UK dates to support it. The Good, the Bad And the Queen have now lined up another tour for the spring 2019. They'll also play Somerset House's Summer Series in July.
