The Rocket Summer is the solo project of Bryce Avary, an American singer-songwriter from Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas.
Starting his music career in 2003, he released his debut album, ‘Calendar Days’, in 2003, via The Militia Group, which was followed by ‘Hello, Good Friend’, in 2004. In 2006, he signed to Island Def Jam Records, and released, ‘Do You Feel’. His fourth album,‘Of Men and Angels’, came out in 2010, followed by ‘Life Will Write the Words’, via his own Aviate Records. His latest release was 2016’s ‘Zoetic’, which was released in February. He has headlined his own shows and tours in the UK and USA and has toured with OneRepublic, Goo Goo Dolls and took part in the16th annual Vans Warped Tour.
