Trevor Horn is a singer, bassist, songwriter and producer from Durham, England. He is best know for the track Video Killed The Radio Star with his new wave band the Buggles, gaining international fame in 1979.
Horn later became the lead singer for the prog rock band Yes, before becoming a full time producer, working with the likes of Frankie Goes To Hollywood, Pet Shop Boys, Seal, Robbie Williams and more. During the course of his career Trevor has won three BRIT Awards, a Grammy and an Ivor Novello Award. He was appointed Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE) in 2011 for his services to the music industry. Trevor Horn has announced a summer UK tour re-imagining the sound of the 1980s with the Sarm Orchestra.
