Renowned for his experimental mixture of rock, hip hop and trip hop, he is also well-known as a founding member of Massive Attack. He released his debut solo album, 'Maxinquaye', in 1995, which hit #3 on the UK charts and was nominated for the Mercury Prize. He has gone on to release 12 studio albums to date, the latest being 2023's 'When It's Going Wrong'. Tricky will celebrate the 30th anniversary of 'Maxinquaye' with an exclusive UK show at London's Roundhouse in March 2024, alongside a tour of Europe.
