The Offspring are a punk-rock band from Huntington Beach, California.
Formed in 1984, the band are best known for tracks such as Pretty Fly (For a White Guy), Original Prankster, Why Don’t You Get a Job, Hit That, and Defy You. The band released their self-titled debut album in 1989, but it wasn’t until their third album, 1994's 'Smash', that they saw more mainstream success, with the album gaining platinum status. The band’s success continued, dropping a further seven albums including, most recently, 'Let The Bad Times Roll' in 2021. The Offspring headline Rock The People Festival in June 2024. Earlier that same month, they will celebrate the 30th anniversary of 'Smash' with a special show in Anaheim, California, where they'll perform the record in its entirety.
