Heavenly Recordings Announce New February Tour Featuring Sea of Bees

Heavenly Recordings, the home of Doves and the Magic Numbers, have revealed a new tour for February featuring some of the label’s most recent signings. Topping the bill is solo artist Sea of Beas, who will be joined on the tour by Trevor Moss & Hannah-Lou and James Walbourne.

Tour headliner Julie Baenziger aka Sea of Bees is a singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Sacramento, California. She recently received praising reviews for her latest single ‘The Woods’ and her debut album ‘Song for the Ravens’ is likely to prove a huge success when it is released next month to coincide with the tour.

Joining Sea of Bees on the tour are husband and wife duo Trevor Moss and Hannah-Lou. Their eponymous debut album received some great reviews upon its release last year and their next is on the way later in 2011.

Solo artist and guitar player James Walbourne has already managed to build up a pretty respectable CV having previously worked with the likes of Jerry Lee Lewis, Edwyn Collins and Shane MacGowan. People may also know him as a recent addition to the line-up of the Pretenders. James is due to release his debut solo album ‘The Hill’ later this month.
