Carl Barat Forced To Postpone Upcoming UK Solo Tour & Tickets

Libertines guitarist Carl Barat has been forced to postpone his upcoming UK tour.
The guitarist and singer was set to begin his ten-date solo UK tour on Feburary 18th, however, five of the confirmed shows have had to be rescheduled with two shows, including the opening gig in Norwich, being cancelled altogether. The tour will now get underway in Brighton on March 29th.
A message posted on Carl Barat's website read: "Unfortunately, the upcoming UK tour has had to be postponed. The Norwich and Bristol gigs have both had to be completely cancelled. Ticket refunds are available from point of sale. Apologies for any inconvenience."
Barat, who became a father to newborn son Eli on December 9th last year, will now play Brighton Concorde on March 29, before heading to Cambridge, Oxford, London, Manchester and Sheffield. Remaining dates are still waiting to be rearranged.

Manchester, Academy 2 - 6
Sheffield, Leadmill - 8
