Communion Announce NME Awards Show With Mumford & Sons & Tickets

Communion are pleased to announce details of a very special Shockwaves NME Awards 2011 show.

The folk-informed club night and record label will play host to a fantastic line-up at Dingwalls in London on the 22rd February, with an exclusive headline set by Mumford & Sons.

Dingwalls was the venue for Mumford & Sons’ second EP launch party in November 2008, and they return to Camden for this one-off intimate performance having since sold two million copies of their debut album, 'Sigh No More'.

Support on the evening comes from Anna Calvi, Communion’s own Marcus Foster, and Rachel Sermanni.

Communion is co-run by Mumford & Sons’ Ben Lovett: “We played at Dingwalls for our second EP launch a couple of years back, it was such a massive deal for us to play a venue of that size, and I remember how nervous we were to play infront of that many people. We cannot wait to be back in London and return to the venue alongside such an amazing line-up of acts, new and old friends, and for another great Communion night"

Tickets For Mumford & Sons' Special Performance will go on sale from 9am on Thursday 10th February priced from £20.
