Following her announcement of a UK tour this April, Adele has revealed details of another 2011 UK tour for this autumn.
Adele burst onto the scene in 2007 when her debut hit single 'Chasing Pavements' topped the UK charts on its release. Her debut album '19' saw her stock rise even higher gaining the young English singer-songwriter a Mercury Prize nomination for '19' and two Grammy Awards for Best New Artist and Best Female Pop Vocal Performance for 'Chasing Pavements'.
The same year Adele was nominated for two other Grammy Awards for Record of the Year and Song of the Year. Adele was the first recipient of the BRIT Awards Critics Choice award in 2008. The following year Adele was nominated again for Best Female Vocal Pop Performance for her song 'Hometown Glory'.
Adele’s second album, '21', was released in January and was produced by Red Hot Chili Peppers collaborator Rick Rubin and Paul Epworth (Florence and the Machine).
