Motley Crue’s Vince Neil has been charged with domestic violence and disorderly conduct after an incident that occurred with a former girlfriend last month. According to US gossip site TMZ.com, the frontman has is to face charges following an incident which occured with his ex-girlfriend in a Las Vegas hotel on March 24th.
It might seem like a heavy charge, but details of the incident are far less convincing. According to the site, Neil allegedly forced his way into a Hal Sparks performance at a Las Vegas hotel and proceeded to poke three people, swearing as he did so. The court documents go on to state that Neil’s former girlfriend Alicia Jacobs was one of the individuals who he poked with his right index finger, who described the attack as being “"forcefully poked in her right shoulder blade."
Neil is also said to have poked John Katsilometes and Patricia McCrone, Jacob’s friends with whom she was attending the event.
Vince Neil, who was recently released from prison after a ten day sentence for drink driving, has strongly denied the claims, stating that he did not even touch Jacobs in the incident. He went on to state that he is considering pressing charges of his own, claiming that Jacobs scratched him during the argument on March 24th.
