Tenacious D Announce New Manchester & Glasgow Live Shows

Tenacious D, the duo that is Jack Black and Kyle Gass, have today extended their UK visit, announcing new live shows in Manchester and Glasgow.
In addition there live shows, Tenacious D will feature on the stellar line-up of this year's UK Download Festival. They have been confirmed to play on the Main Stage on Saturday 9th June, supporting Scottish sub-headliners Biffy Clyro and headliners Metallica.
New album, 'Rize Of The Fenix', will be Tenacious D's first studio album in over six years. It is the third album from the group and the follow-up to 2006’s 'The Pick of Destiny' and 2001’s critically acclaimed platinum debut album 'Tenacious D'. 'Rize Of The Fenix' will be available everywhere from 14th May 2012. You can hear a snippet of the new album, as well as see the new artwork, at Tenacious D's Official Website.
