Download Festival organisers are set to make a new announcement tonight, however, www.metaltalk.net have already reported that glam-rock legends KISS could headline the second stage at the Donington Park event on Friday 14th June.
KISS have already confirmed June 2013 performances in Scandinavia, including the Sweden Rock Festival. With KISS being in Europe at the same time as Download Festival, it's possible the 'Monster' rockers could feature on the Download line-up.
The Download show would be billed as their only 2013 UK concert, with the show being part of a European Tour promoting new album 'Monster'.
If KISS are officially announced tonight, they will join Slipknot, Iron Maiden and Rammstein who have all been confirmed for 2013's event.
