Alt-J, Deftones, Sub Focus and Wiley's grime collective Boy Better Know are amongst the first batch of artists announced for the Reading and Leeds Festival 2013.
Mercury Music Prize winners Alt-J have been confirmed as headliners for the NME/ Radio 1 tent, while Deftones will be promoting their recently released studio album 'Yo Noi Kan' on the festival's main stage. Sub Focus will headline the BBC Radio 1 Dance Stage and Boy Better Know will headline the new BBC Radio 1 Xtra Stage.
To help spread the cost of your 2013 Reading or Leeds Festival tickets, organisers are introducing a £50 deposit scheme. Fans will be able to secure their place at the August Bank Holiday bash and pay the outstanding balance before March 31st 2013.
Next year's Reading and Leeds Festival will be expanding with the addition of three new stages. Festival organiser Melvin Benn revealed earlier this year: "There will quite a bit more dance music, quite a bit more other bits and pieces."
Reading and Leeds Festival Tickets are on sale from 9am tomorrow morning, Friday 30th November. Tickets are available at 2012 prices until December 31st. For further information on next year's festival, head over to www.readingfestival.com and www.leedsfestival.com.
