Take That To Headline Glastonbury Festival in 2014?

Super-selling boyband Take That could be lined-up for Glastonbury Festival 2014, according to reports in a tabloid paper today.
The group made massive waves in the music scene when they announced their full reunion in 2010, and their Progress Live tour went on to be a major success, smashing ticket sale records after they shifted over 1.1million tickets in a single day.
After riding the success of their return, they announced that they’ll be touring again in 2014 (as well as releasing a Christmas album!) - and it could see them headlining next year’s Glastonbury Festival.
Speaking to The Sun, Mark Owen said: “I love Glastonbury. I would go there, definitely. We’re all meeting up in a few weeks, so we’ll see.”
Take That may not be the sort of name you’d expect to see at a major festival, but the festival scene at the moment could mean that a headline performance from one of the world's biggest pop acts would go down a treat - and we’re sure that many of our readers would be more than happy to see them on the Pyramid stage next year!
Take That are expected to announce their Summer 2014 UK stadium tour this Autumn.
