Soundgarden Announce Autumn 2013 UK Live Dates & Tickets

One of the forefathers of the legendary Seattle alternative rock scene in the 90s, Soundgarden have announced a handful of UK and Ireland live dates for the autumn.
At the beginning of 2010, Soundgarden, Chris Cornell, Matt Cameron, Kim Thayil and Ben Shepherd, announced a new start. The band released their latest album 'King Animal' in November last year. The album was the band's first collection of new songs for over 15 years. Produced with longtime Soundgarden friend and producer Adam Kasper (Foo Fighters, Nirvana, Pearl Jam) and recorded at Studio X in Seattle, ‘King Animal’ follows the musical evolution of one of the world’s most ground-breaking bands and was among the most eagerly awaited records of 2012.
In addition to the new dates, Soundgarden also announce today they will release a brand new repackaged edition of ‘King Animal’. Out on 2nd September 2013, ‘King Animal Plus’ features 5 exclusive live tracks recorded at the Wiltern Theatre in Los Angeles and 1 acoustic track recorded at radio station 89X CIMX in Detroit.
These new shows are part of the band's 2013 European tour and the first on UK soil since the band's one-off album launch show at London's Shepherds Bush Empire in November last year.
