Organisers have confirmed plans for seven Impericon Festivals across Europe next spring.
Along with a May 4 date in Manchester, the festival will be staged in Zürich, Oberhausen, Vienna, Paris, Leipzig and Amsterdam. Martin Böttcher said in a statement:
“It seems unbelievable, but the Impericon Festivals are going into round five with the festivals celebrating its first jubilee. We started with the idea to set up an event which offers concentrated attention to our favourite bands and music. Looking back we are overwhelmed by the positive response.
“Every year the tickets for Leipzig were sold out a long time prior to the festival and that year we did four festivals in four cities. Going one better, we now present seven Impericon festivals in six countries and we are looking forward for seven breathtaking days throughout Europe.”
In 2014, Hatebreed, Bury Tomorrow, Boysetsfire, Asking Alexandria and Terror were among the bands to play across four Impericon dates.
