PREMIERE: Vienna Ditto Get Weird And Wonderful With Hammer And A Nail
Monday, 16 February 2015

It’s Monday, but that’s no excuse not to get a little weird. Vienna Ditto - the duo of Hatty Taylor and Nigel Firth - have handed us the delightfully surreal video for their new single, Hammer and a Nail, which finds the pair confronted by a series of carnival-esque oddities.
If you’ve not encountered them before, this is a great place to start. Combining Taylor’s smoky vocals with glitchy electronics and a rolling organ, it exists on the margins of modern pop and neatly underscores the clip’s macabre fun house atmosphere, created by Bobby Bloomfield.
The single is out on February 23 and has been lifted from their debut album, 'Circle', which is expected on May 4. Check out the video below.
