Shirley Collins Announces Guests For Spring Tour, Confirms New Dates

Shirley Collins has announced further details of her live shows this spring, including new dates in Gateshead and Liverpool.
The vocalist will support ‘Lodestar’, which was released in November through Domino, with stops in Glasgow, Bristol, London and Warwick, alongside an appearance at Safe as Milk festival in north Wales on April 23. A new date at the Sage falls on March 4 before a performance at the Philharmonic Hall on May 6.
Collins will be joined by a variety collaborators for the shows, with her Lodestar Band featuring Ian Kearey, Ossian Brown, Dave Arthur, Alex Neilson and Pip Barnes. They will be joined by guests Graham Coxon, Alasdair Roberts, Sam Lee, Jayme Stone, Olivia Chaney, John Kirkpatrick and Lisa Knapp. Additionally, there will be visuals by Nick Abrahams, who directed the video for Death and the Lady, at every show and select shows will feature dancing by Boss Morris and Brighton Morris Men.
