Gengahr have shared the title track of their new album, 'Where Wildness Grows'.
The record will arrive on March 9 through Transgressive and follow up 2015's 'A Dream Outside'. Speaking about the titular cut, singer and guitarist Felix Bushe said:
“Where Wildness Grows is an attempt to figure out what it is that makes us get out of bed in the morning. Where do we find the passion to create the lives we want for ourselves? And with these great expectations and ambitions, how do we cope when things don’t go to plan? I’m still not sure...”
The London-based band will support the new album with European and UK tours, including a show at KOKO in London. Check below for dates.
They will also host their Gengahr and Friends exhibition at Hackney's A Side / B Side Gallery between March 14 and 20. It will feature original artwork from the band’s bassist Hugh Schulte, alongside pieces from members of Alt-J, Mystery Jets, Marika Hackman, Slaves, Toothless and Puppy.
