Mick Jenkins is back with more new music.
The rapper recently dropped the combative Bruce Banner in our laps, following up the arrival of ‘or more; the frustration’ earlier this year, and now he’s doubled down with What Am I To Do.
With a project called ‘Pieces of a Man’ expected in the autumn, this new track juxtaposes a rich, soulful instrumental from producer Kaytranada with Jenkins’ blunt words. “Don't expect a hand clap ‘cause you swim upstream,” he raps.
