Def Leppard, Slipknot and Tool will headline next year's Download festival.
The massive celebration of all things heavy will return for another feast of fireworks (both literal and musical), with this year’s bill-toppers following in the footsteps of Avenged Sevenfold, Guns N' Roses and Ozzy Osbourne, who oversaw things in 2018.
What? Three days of the biggest and best in rock and metal from around the world, hosted at one of the iconic sites in the genres’ shared history.
Where? Donington Park, near Derby.
When? June 14 to 16, 2019.
Who? Alongside the headliners you can expect to bang your head to Slash featuring Myles Kennedy and the Conspirators, Whitesnake, Rob Zombie, Trivium, Amon Amarth, Carcass, Delain, Die Antwoord, Me First and the Gimme Gimmes, Opeth, Power Trip, Reel Big Fish, Skindred, Starset, Tesla, the Amity Affliction and Underoath, with many more bands and artists to be announced in the coming months. Def Leppard, meanwhile, will play 1987's iconic ‘Hysteria’ album in full.
Tickets? Tickets go on sale at 2018 prices at 2pm on October 25 until November 6.
