Ozzy Osbourne has rescheduled the UK and European leg of his No More Tours 2 run for 2020.
The Black Sabbath vocalist has endured a rough 2019 so far. After postponing the start of the tour back in January due to a severe upper-respiratory infection, shortly after he developed bronchitis and pneumonia. The bad news continued when it was announced earlier this month that Osbourne had fallen during his recovery at his home leading to the cancellation of all 2019 dates.
The six-week European leg of the farewell trek will now get underway on January 31 at Nottingham's Motorpoint Arena, with additional stops in Dublin, Manchester, Newcastle, London, and Glasgow, plus a hometown show at Birmingham's Resorts World Arena on February 14. Following that, he'll head to the continent for gigs in Germany, Finland, Sweden, Austria, Czech Republic, Italy, and Switzerland. Osbourne said:
"I'm really looking forward to getting back to Europe for these shows. Thank you to all the fans for sticking with me and waiting for the new dates to be announced. I can’t wait to see you all next year."
The Prince of Darkness will be joined on stage by his long-time touring band comprising of guitarist Zakk Wylde, bassist Blasko, drummer Tommy Clufetos, and keyboardist Adam Wakeman. Fellow Midlands metal giants Judas Priest are set to support.
Tickets remain valid for all rescheduled tour dates, with the exception of the now cancelled Barcelona and Frankfurt shows, refunds must be sought at point of purchase. Extra tickets go on general sale at 9am on May 3.
