Bad Brains frontman, Paul "HR" Hudson, has announced a new solo album.
Titled 'Give Thanks', the record is set to arrive on October 18 via Hardline Entertainment, following a run of North American dates and a UK tour this summer. Tickets are on sale now.
Bad Brains formed in 1979 and are considered one of the most revered bands in American punk history. They are celebrated for breaking down cultural barriers and promoting a positive mindset through music.
In the early days of his career, Hudson started to follow the reggae and Rastafarian movements. His interest led to him leaving the punk rock scene to pursue a more spiritual life, focusing on the positive elements of reggae, and in 1984 he formed the reggae-rock group Human Rights. They've performed and recorded with various line ups for more than three decades.
