The Hunna Announce New LP 'I'd Rather Die Than Let You Out' and Accompanying Tour

Friday, 28 February 2020 Written by Jon Stickler

The Hunna have announced a new album and spring tour dates.

The Hertfordshire quartet will call in Glasgow, Manchester, London and Cardiff during May, with tickets on general sale at 9am on March 6. Their plans also include dates in mainland Europe.

The shows will support their next full-length, 'I’d Rather Die Than Let You Out', which is scheduled to arrive this year, though a release date is still to be confirmed. In the meantime, the band have shared the inspiring lead single, Cover You, which boasts a guest spot from Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker. Talking about the track, vocalist Ryan Potter said:

"You know that feeling when you find someone and when you look at each other you know whatever you’re about to do is gonna be one hell of a journey and something real special, whether it’s a friendship or relationship, whatever ship, it’s like 'you know if we do this, there’s no going back right?' 'You in?' And no matter what they got your back. That’s what this song is about.

"It’s fucking chaos out there right now, the world is a gruesome place. It’s about finding something or someone for all time in the midst of the absolute chaos around us."
