The Strokes have unveiled a new track.
Brooklyn Bridge To Chorus is likely the last cut to be shared from the their upcoming album, 'The New Abnormal', prior to its release on April 10.
The song finds singer Julian Casablancas less lacklustre than usual, mustering up some gusto to match the rest of the band's energy when delivering an '80s electro-rock and pop-inspired soundscape with some subtle nods to their garage-rock beginnings.
The Strokes did have a handful of spring US shows in the diary, but these have been postponed due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. They do, however, have a Los Angeles show at the Forum lined up on May 29 that is still on the books and European appearances in June that are currently still set to go ahead, according to their website.
