Teenage Fanclub Reschedule UK and Ireland Shows For 2021

Teenage Fanclub have rescheduled their UK and Ireland tour due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
The indie legends had initially planned to hit the road towards the end of 2020, but have now shifted dates in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Aberdeen, Sheffield, Leeds, Nottingham, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, Brighton, Portsmouth, London, Belfast and Dublin to April next year. Their European dates have also been revised.
Tickets remain valid, although their planned stop in Inverness has been cancelled. “We were really looking forward to getting out on the road again this November and December but unfortunately due to the ongoing uncertainty as to when it will be safe for people to gather in large groups again, we have had to reschedule those dates to April and May next year,” the band said.
“We’ve managed to reschedule everything except for the Inverness Ironworks show. Sadly, that venue isn’t available. We’ll have an album's worth of new songs to choose from when we play these shows. Our new LP will be out well ahead of the rescheduled dates.”
Work on the follow up to 2016’s ‘Here’ began last autumn at Clouds Hill Recordings in Hamburg. The ensuing record will be Teenage Fanclub’s first without founding member Gerard Love, who left the group in 2018.
