Wet Leg Share New Song Ur Mum Ahead Of Self-Titled Debut Album Release

Wet Leg have a shared a new song, Ur Mum.
The infectious, dancy indie-rock track serves as the latest preview of Rhian Teasdale and Hester Chambers' imminent self-titled debut album, due out this Friday (April 8).
It'll feature on the record alongside the previously released singles Angelica, Oh No, Too Late Now, Wet Dream, and Chaise Lounge. Head below to view its accompanying video, directed by Lava La Rue, who commented:
"The Ur Mum video was all about bringing the viewer into the Wet Leg world - sprinkling details throughout the visual that not only reference at least 4 songs off the album but also plenty of inside jokes within the band too. Artistically, it shows where the aesthetic of American indie films like Napoleon Dynamite fit perfectly in the scape of rural British settings - this concept first came to me when the band took me to IOW for the first time - I saw the connection and it all clicked into place."
The duo recently wrapped up a North American tour, and will celebrate the LP with a run of instore shows at record shops in London, Bristol, Nottingham and Birmingham between April 7 and 12. Hot on the heels of that, they'll embark on a UK tour, with further dates lined up in the autumn.
