The Rolling Stones Share Unheard Versions Of Tumbling Dice And Hot Stuff

Friday, 06 May 2022 Written by Jon Stickler

The Rolling Stones have shared two previously unheard live recordings.

Tumbling Dice and Hot Stuff were captured at the iconic band's two secret concerts at the 300-capacity Toronto club El Mocambo on March 4 and 5, 1977.

Both renditions will feature on 'Live At The El Mocambo', due out on May 13 via Universal Music, alongside the previously released performances of It's Only Rock 'N' Roll (But I Like It) and Rip This Joint.

The 23-track live record includes the band’s full set from the second night, along with three bonus tracks from the previous evening, mixed by Bob Clearmountain. It'll be available on multiple formats, including double CD, four-LP black vinyl, four-LP neon vinyl and digitally.

The Rolling Stones will play Liverpool's Anfield Stadium on June 9, followed by BST Hyde Park performances in London on June 25 and July 3. The dates are part of a wider European tour celebrating their 60th anniversary, billed as the SIXTY Tour. Tickets are on sale now.
