Paolo Nutini has announced his fourth studio album.
'Last Night In The Bittersweet' will arrive on July 1 via Atlantic Records, and marks the Scottish singer-songwriter's first full-length release in eight years, following up 2014's 'Caustic Love'.
Co-produced by Nutini with Dani Castelar and Gavin Fitzjohn, it's previewed by the first two singles, Lose It and Through The Echoes, which couldn't be more different from each other. With some select co-write contributions from members of his band, the latter is a rock-orientated, bass guitar-driven track, while the latter allows the 35-year-old's vocals to shine in the same vein as Ben E. King and Otis Redding.
Nutini has a busy summer ahead, with headline appearances at TRNSMT and Victorious Festival, along with two huge outdoor shows in Bristol and Belfast, plus dates supporting Liam Gallagher at Knebworth Park.
He has also just confirmed a run of intimate UK performances for later in May, which includes four nights at London's 100 Club.
