Chloe Moriondo has announced her third album.
'Suckerpunch' will arrive on October 7 via Public Consumption/Fueled By Ramen, following up 2021's 'Blood Bunny', and her April EP 'Puppy Luv'.
It finds the YouTuber and alt-pop singer-songwriter working with producers and co-writers Oscar Scheller, David Pramik and Teddy Geiger, and is previewed by the upbeat, summery single Fruity, which offers a pulsing electronic beat and vocoder vocals. Moriondo said:
"Fruity and this album in general are going to be a slap in the fucking face!! I liked the idea of naming the album for something that means an unexpected hit—something you never saw coming. It means the world to me to have the creative means to explore different shiny sounds and work with people I love so dearly on a project that is so new and exciting for me."

Moriondo will support the record with the Suckerpunch Tour of the United States beginning in October, with support from Dreamer Isioma. Prior to that, she'll preview it with a run of headline UK shows alongside appearances at Reading and Leeds.
