The strummed, slow jam ballad features on the St Louis singer's new album, 'SOS', which was released last Friday (December 9), following up her 2017 debut 'Ctrl'.
The black and white Bradley J. Calder-directed clip, meanwhile, sees the R&B star reflecting on a past relationship as she wanders around New York City.
Other singles on the record include the previously shared Good Days, I Hate U and Shirt.
