Studio Ghibli OVO Arena Wembley Shows With Joe Hisaishi Rescheduled To September

The London concerts celebrating Studio Ghibli have been moved to this autumn.
Following postponements due to COVID-19, conductor and pianist Joe Hisaishi will now lead the BBC Concert Orchestra and Crouch End Festival Chorus on September 21 and 22 at the OVO Arena Wembley. Original tickets are valid, and the remainder are on sale now. Hisaishi said:
"Hello everyone, I'm very sorry that I couldn’t come over in September. I got infected with corona.
"I’m very pleased to say we have agreed new dates for September 2023, so let's meet at that time. I'm looking forward to seeing you.
"Thank you!

The show will celebrate 35 years of the Japanese animation film studio that is well known for Howl's Moving Castle, Spirited Away, Ponyo, and My Neighbor Totoro.
