Harry Styles, Beyoncé, Wet Leg And Fontaines DC Among Winners At The BRIT Awards 2023

The winners of the 2023 BRIT Awards have been revealed.
Following a coveted Album Of The Year win at the Grammys just a few days earlier, Harry Styles was the big success story of the night, leaving victorious in all four of his nominated categories. The X Factor alumni-turned-global superstar opened the show with As It Was, a track that earned him Song Of The Year later in the show, and was co-written by Songwriter Of The Year Kid Harpoon.
He’ll be hitting the road for the UK and Ireland leg of Love On Tour this summer, where he’ll be joined by fellow BRIT-winners Wet Leg. The band bagged the Best New Artist and Group Of The Year gongs at the ceremony, following a Midsommar-esque live performance of their debut single, Chaise Longue.
Powerhouse singer-songwriter Lizzo curated a live medley of tracks from her new album ‘Special’, and there were also appearances from nominees Lewis Capaldi, Cat Burns, Sam Smith, Kim Petras and a moving performance from Stormzy, who was accompanied by a live choir and orchestra.
Producer Of The Year David Guetta closed the show alongside Ella Henderson, Sam Ryder and Becky Hill— the latter of whom won Best Dance Act for the second year in a row — at the end of a night that saw Aitch, Beyoncé, Fontaines D.C. and The 1975 also add BRIT Awards to their trophy cabinets.
Many of the 2023 winners and nominees have shows and tours lined up across the UK, Ireland and beyond over the next 12 months, including Harry Styles, Beyoncé, Loyle Carner, Stormzy, Burna Boy, Lizzo, Sam Smith, George Ezra and more. Plus, don’t forget: if you’d like to be part of the action next year, you can set up an alert here to be first to know when tickets for The BRIT Awards 2024 go on sale.
