Soft Cell have announced a new release date for their live album and film, 'Non-Stop Erotic Cabaret...And Other Stories: Live'.
The collection will be available through LiveHereNow on double and quadruple vinyl, double CD, DVD and Blu-ray on May 12, and captures one of the two shows the synth-pop pioneers played at London's Eventim Apollo in November 2021, when they celebrated the 40th anniversary of their 'Non-Stop Erotic Cabaret' LP.
The release features the first ever performance of the 1981 record in its entirety, along with some of the band's hits, and songs that have never been heard live before. There's also material from their latest LP, 2022's 'Happiness Not Included'. Head below for a teaser in the form of a performance video of Chips On My Shoulder from the DVD.
Soft Cell will headline Hampton Court Palace Festival in London on June 7, before a show with Peter Hook and The Light on July 7 at Rochester Castle, and dates as part of the Let's Rock Tour with Roland Gift, OMD, Midge Ure and Tony Hadley throughout the summer. They'll also play a show in Saffron Walden in August as part of the Heritage Live concert series.
