Lewis Capaldi has announced he won't be touring for "the foreseeable future".
The announcement follows his performance on the Pyramid Stage at this weekend's Glastonbury festival, during which he was suffering from Tourette's ticks exacerbated by nerves from the start, and later began to lose his voice, leading to a heartfelt singalong from the supportive crowd.
The Scottish singer-songwriter, who released his second album, 'Broken By Desire To Be Heavenly Sent', in May, was due to embark on an arena tour of Australia in July, and later this summer was set to appear at Reading and Leeds, as well as having huge outdoor shows lined up in Manchester, Edinburgh and Belfast.
In an emotionally candid statement posted to social media, which you can read in full below, Capaldi confirmed that all his upcoming commitments were cancelled. Reading and Leeds confirmed they're working hard to book a replacement.
