Shabazz Palaces have announced their first project in three years.
The follow-up to 2020's 'The Don Of Diamond Dreams' is titled 'Robed In Rareness' and will arrive on October 27 via Sub Pop.
Produced and engineered by leader Ishmael Butler, the seven-song tracklist features collaborations with the likes of Porter Ray, O Finess, Lavarr The Starr, Geechi Suede, and Butler's son Lil Tracy.
Alongside the news, Shabazz Palaces have dropped the record's lead single and opening track, Binoculars, which features Seattle rapper Royce The Choice. Hypnotic and experimental, the hip hop offering blends minimal, clanking African percussion instruments with filtered, double-tracked vocals.
The group have a handful of shows coming up, including performances in New York, Toronto, Montreal and Washington D.C. Head here for details.

1. Binoculars (featuring Royce the Choice)
