Serpentwithfeet Announces Third Album 'Grip' With New Single Damn Gloves

Serpentwithfeet, aka Josiah Wise, has announced his third album.
'Grip' will arrive through Secretly Canadian on February 16, following up 2021's 'Deacon' and the subsequent 'Deacon's Grove' companion EP.
As a preview, Wise has dropped the clubby, R&B-infused Damn Gloves, a collaboration with Los Angeles artist Ty Dolla $ign and South African singer Yanga YaYa.
It marks the third team-up between Serpentwithfeet and Ty Dolla $ign, with the pair previously linking up on Serpentwithfeet's 2019 track Receipts, and 2020 single Ego Death alongside Kanye West, Skrillex and FKA Twigs. Head below to view the new track's Micaiah Carter-directed video.
Serpentwithfeet has Heart Of Brick Tour dates remaining in San Diego and Seattle on October 25 and November 1, respectively.
