The gritty, percussion-driven alt-rock ballad was produced by Collin Pastore, who's previously worked on records with Boygenius and Lucy Dacus.
Shifting from distorted, fuzzy guitar riffs to melancholic yet breezy passages, it marks the Irish band's first new release since their sophomore album, 2022's 'Leave The Light On'. They said:
"We wrote it in the depths of winter at our rehearsal studio in Dublin, and the cold really penetrates the song. This one is really special to us and we hope it resonates with you in the same way."
Revealing the song on social media, they wrote: "The beginning of something completely new for us and we hope you love it." It arrives ahead of their UK tour, which kicks off with a sold-out show at The 100 Club in London on November 13.
Having just played Pitchfork Festival Paris, the four-piece will continue their current run of dates across France and Germany with a gig in Laval tomorrow (November 8).
