Ariana Grande has reunited with Mariah Carey for a remix of Yes, and?.
It arrives a month after the original version of the single, and marks the second collaboration between the two powerhouse vocalists, after they previously worked together alongside Jennifer Hudson on a remix of Carey's 2020 Christmas hit Oh Santa!.
Opening with Carey's signature whistle notes, the revamp also features the legendary singer across the verses and choruses. Grande wrote on Instagram:
"I cannot believe the words I am typing… ‘Yes, And?’ remix featuring the one and only, queen of my heart and lifelong inspiration Mariah Carey is out this Friday! There truly are no words that suffice.
"Thank you from the bottom of my heart for this dream come true and for sprinkling your brilliance and magic on my little song, Mariah Carey. It means more to me than I could ever possibly articulate and I cannot wait for everyone to hear this! I love you eternally!"
Written and produced by Grande, Max Martin and Ilya Salmanzadeh, the song is the first to be shared from Grande's upcoming seventh studio album, 'Eternal Sunshine', which is due out on March 8 via Republic Records.
Mariah Carey, meanwhile, will kick off an eight-night Las Vegas residency, dubbed The Celebration of Mimi Live in Las Vegas, on April 12, with the Dolby Live at Park MGM playing host to performances through to April 27. Tickets are on sale now.
