Due to demand, the Stereophonics frontman will now play a fourth date at The Gate in Cardiff on May 11, and second dates at both Birmingham Town Hall on May 4 and Manchester’s Aviva Studios on May 18.
The short tour will also visit Glasgow and London, with the singer-songwriter set to play his new album, ’Inevitable Incredible’, in full on all dates. Two intimate performances are scheduled for 7pm and 9pm on most nights, except the new Birmingham and Manchester shows, where he will play one set that starts at 9pm. Tickets for his previously confirmed shows are already on sale.
Jones shared the first details of the new record in late February, alongside the release of its title track. Scheduled to arrive on May 3, the LP sees the 49-year-old performing mostly on piano for the first time, and was recorded on a remote Norwegian island.
It’ll mark his second full-length solo release, following 2007’s ’Only The Names Have Been Changed’.
