Childish Gambino Plots UK And Ireland Arena Shows For Autumn, Surprise Releases New Album 'Atavista'

Donald Glover has surprise released a new Childish Gambino album.
The 11-track 'Atavista' is essentially a revamped version of his '3.15.20' LP, which dropped in 2020. Describing it in a post on X, Glover called it, "the finished version of 3.15.20, the album I put out 4 years ago."
He also teased a special vinyl release for 'Atavista', which will include "visuals for each song". Further details on that are still to be unveiled.
'Atavista' arrives with a black-and-white music video for the new lively, synth-funk track Little Foot Big Foot featuring Young Nudy. Head below to check out the clip, which co-stars Quinta Brunson.
Earlier this year, the rapper, actor and comedian teased that he'll drop two records in 2024, 'Atavista' and 'Bando Storm and the New World', with the latter doubling as the soundtrack to his forthcoming film of the same name.
Childish Gambino has announced The New World Tour, and scheduled the European for the autumn, including UK arena shows in Manchester, Glasgow, London, Birmingham and Dublin between November 26 and December 5. Support will come from Ghanaian-American singer Amaarae, and tickets go on general sale at 10am local time on Friday (May 17).
Prior to that, the North American leg will run between August 11 and October 3, with tickets also on sale at 10am local time on Friday. The Australian and New Zealand leg will follow in early 2025, and tickets for those dates go on sale on May 20, with on sale times varying by city.
