Jane's Addiction Classic Line Up Announce Co-Headline North American Tour With Love And Rockets

Jane's Addiction and Love And Rockets will team up for a co-headline North American tour this summer.
The alt-rock legends' classic line-up — vocalist Perry Farrell, guitarist Dave Navarro, drummer Stephen Perkins and bassist Eric Avery — have scheduled a 23-city run of shows with British rockers Love And Rockets.
The trek will mark the first time Farrell, Navarro, Perkins and Avery have played an extended run of shows together since 2010. It'll kick off on August 9 in Las Vegas and includes stops in major cities such as San Diego, Los Angeles, Phoenix, Houston, New Orleans, Tampa, Atlantic City, New York, Boston, Toronto, Milwaukee and Chicago, before concluding at Evolution Festival in St. Louis on September 29. Tickets go on general sale at 10am local time on Friday (May 31).
The news follows Jane's Addiction's intimate performance at London's Bush Hall last week, which saw the classic line-up reuniting for the first time in 14 years.
Having headlined the UK's Bearded Theory festival on Saturday (May 25), they'll play the second of two dates at London's Roundhouse tomorrow (May 29), before gigs in Glasgow and Manchester later in the week. They also have a Dublin gig scheduled for June 28, as part of the Trinity Summer Series, as well as concerts in Germany, France and Luxembourg. Tickets are already on sale.
Jane's Addiction's last studio album was 2011's 'The Great Escape Artist', though the classic line-up has not recorded together since 1990's 'Ritual de lo Habitual'.
