London Festival Field Day To Relocate To Brockwell Park In 2025

Field Day is moving in 2025.
Having called Victoria Park home for the last four years as part of All Points East, next year the London festival will relocate to Brockwell Park, taking place on May 24 as part of the Brockwell Live Bank Holiday Weekender. Field Day festival director, Mark Newton said:
“Myself and the Field Day team are incredibly excited about our move to Brockwell Park and our new May date, which solidifies our place at the beginning of London's summer.
“After four highly successful years collaborating with All Points East at Victoria Park, 2025 seemed like the ideal time to host our own standalone event again. The availability of both the new venue and date presented the perfect opportunity to do so.
“We look forward to working with the Brockwell Live team and joining their lineup of successful events in the park.”
Brockwell Park may already be familiar to some, as it also plays host to festivals Wide Awake, Cross The Tracks, City Splash and Mighty Hoopla. Marcus Weedon (director of Brockwell Live) commented:
“We’re incredibly excited to have Field Day returning to Brockwell for 2025. The festival has been a firm favourite in London for many years and we’re looking forward to recapturing the independent nature of the event.
“With our current roster of Wide Awake, Cross The Tracks and City Splash we feel that Field Day slots into the May Bank holiday weekend perfectly, making it an unmissable date for 2025.”
Because of the introduction of Field Day to the Brockwell Park roster, Wide Awake festival will move from a Saturday back to a Friday, taking place on May 23, 2025. Keith Miller, Wide Awake co-founder and booker, said:
"Over the last 5 years Wide Awake has carved out a niche that we’re proud of. Changing dates allows us to keep the same artist budget, keep the same production values we have created and also keep average ticket prices similar to the last few years.
"We really want to dig in and keep building on what we’ve been doing which is supporting new artists and giving opportunities to acts who are on the rise as well as reintroducing the odd legend! It also gives you a long weekend to lie down in the recovery position."
