Kaiser Chiefs have added more UK shows to their summer 2025 tour plans celebrating the 20th anniversary of their debut album, 'Employment'.
The English band have lined up new shows at Canons Marsh Amphiteatre for Bristol Sounds, Edinburgh Castle, Alexandra Palace Park in London and Brighton Beach for On The Beach. Tickets go on general sale at 9am on November 8.
The gigs will be sandwiched in between festival appearances at In It Together in Port Talbot, Kendal Calling and Boardmasters in Cornwall, as well as a previously announced concert at Temple Newsam Park in Leeds. The group said:
“20 years ago, a brand new song by a brand new band was released. I Predict A Riot was the start of something really special for some musicians from Leeds. And the album that followed, Employment, changed our lives and has soundtracked the lives of millions of others since 2005. In 2025 we are saluting 20 years of that album and everyone is invited. Come celebrate the 2000’s, loving everything less & less and stripey blazers taking over the world. See you all next year.”
Kaiser Chiefs' latest album is 'Kaiser Chiefs' Easy Eighth Album', which arrived in March.
