Satchvai Band Featuring Joe Satriani And Steve Vai Confirm UK & European Surfing With The Hydra Tour

Joe Satriani and Steve Vai have formed the Satchvai Band.
The two guitar legends, whose careers have intertwined since their early days, will head out across the UK and Europe in the summer for the Surfing With The Hydra Tour.
The UK leg will come first and features stops in York, London, Glasgow, Wolverhampton and Manchester between June 13 and 19. They then head to France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Poland, Germany, Switzerland and Italy between June 22 and July 18. Tickets for all dates go on general sale at 10am local time on Friday (December 13).
Satriani and Vai, accompanied by their respective bands, previously joined forces for their first tour together back in the spring, when they played select cities in the US. The new dates mark the first time the duo will tour together as part of the same group.
They released their collaborative debut in March. The Sea Of Emotion, Pt. 1 is a six-minute guitar workout that features the two trading solos.
Satriani released his latest solo album, 'The Elephants Of Mars', in 2022. That same year, Vai put out 'Inviolate', followed a year later by 'Vai/Gash', a shelved record that was recorded back in 1991.
