Don Toliver and Speedy have teamed up with J-Hope of BTS and Pharrell Williams for a new song, LV Bag.
Produced by Williams, the hip hop track blends the styles of both Toliver and J-Hope, and was first unveiled in January during fashion house Louis Vuitton's Fall/Winter runway show at Paris Fashion Week.
The track also marks J-Hope’s first new music since he was discharged from his mandatory military service last October. He'll hit the road later next week for his first solo tour, billed as Hope On The Stage, which kicks off in Seoul, South Korea. The US leg will commence on March 13 with two shows at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York, before dates in cities in Asia. Head here for tickets.
J-Hope put out his debut solo mixtape, 'Hope World', in 2018. He released 'Jack In The Box' in 2022, before dropping the 'Hope On The Street Vol. 1' EP, and a companion docuseries, Hope On The Street, which streamed on Prime Video, in 2024. In 2023, a documentary titled J-Hope In The Box premiered on Disney+.
Houston rapper Toliver released his fourth studio album, 'Hardstone Psycho', in 2024. Multi-Grammy-winner Williams, who serves as the Men's Creative Director of Louis Vuitton, recently collaborated with K-Pop group Seventeen for the single Bad Influence, a song created specifically for the soundtrack accompanying the Louis Vuitton runway show.
