Wet Leg have laid out plans for their second studio album.
The Isle of Wight indie-rockers, led by Rhian Teasdale and Hester Chambers, will release 'Moisturizer' via Domino on July 11, following up their 2022 self-titled debut LP.
Produced again by Dan Carey, the record marks the first Wet Leg release to feature songwriting contributions from touring band members Ellis Durand (bass), Henry Holmes (drums) and Joshua Mobaraki (guitar).
Chambers said: "We were just kind of having fun and exploring. We focussed on: Is this going to be fun to play live?" Teasdale added: "It was very natural that we would write the second record together."
To coincide with the announcement, the band have shared the record's first single, Catch These Fists, which offers a similar catchy, indie-pop sound to that of their debut. Head below to view the song's accompanying video, directed by the band and shot on the Isle Of Wight.
Wet Leg have also scheduled a UK tour in support of the album, which features stops in Birmingham, London, Edinburgh, Leeds and Manchester between May 21 and 29. Support will come from rising London-based trio Mary In The Junkyard in Birmingham, London and Manchester, and Katy J Pearson in Edinburgh and Leeds. Tickets go on general sale at 10am on April 11.
