Chirpy and gritty at the same time, Mancunian musical marvels, The Courteeners (yep, pronounced like and possibly named after the car), have announced a new February 2010 tour in support of their forthcoming album. Click Here to Compare & Buy The Courteeners Tickets
Frontman Liam Fray said that since Oasis’ split, The Courteeners are now Manchester’s biggest band. This was with a touch of sadness as Fray was first inspired to play the guitar when he was 11 after listening to Noel Gallagher.
The Courteeners are playing a massive 10,000, sell-out gig in their home town this December and are giving away a song from the new album free on their website. The track ‘Cross my Heart and Hope to Fly’ will be available to download from www.thecourteeners.com this month.
